Sevenoaks Welcomes Refugees
Sevenoaks Welcomes Refugees is a local charity formed in 2017 originally to help support refugees from Syria resettling in the Sevenoaks district, as part what is now the UK Government's global UK Resettlement Scheme. We are also helping refugees from Afghanistan and Ukraine to resettle in our area.

Homelessness isn't only about sleeping rough on the streets. Housing security and homelessness cover a wide range of situations. Many homeless people have a roof over their heads without having a proper home, because where they live is temporary, insecure, overcrowded, unsanitary or unsafe.
Shine Bright Support
We are a charity founded by a family that have experienced childhood cancer and all the upheaval it causes. We understand how difficult it is for every member of a family when a child is diagnosed with cancer. We know the trauma childhood cancer causes and want to support the child, their siblings, parents and even grandparents.
Shine Cancer Support
Shine is the only UK charity that support adults in their 20s, 30s and 40s who have experienced a cancer diagnosis. There is never a good time to have cancer, but we know that younger adults face different issues than their older or younger counterparts. Many of these are not dealt with by traditional cancer support charities and services.
