Action for BPAN is a charity founded by two dedicated mothers whose lives were forever changed when their daughters were diagnosed with BPAN. Motivated by their love for their daughters and the lack of available treatments, they co-founded Action for BPAN with a mission to raise critical funds for research, support families affected by BPAN, and advocate for better awareness and care.

Action on Postpartum Psychosis is the national charity for women and families affected by postpartum psychosis (PP) - a severe mental illness which begins suddenly following childbirth. Symptoms include hallucinations and delusions, often with mania, depression or confusion. Over 1400 women experience PP each year in the UK (1 to 2 in every 1000 mothers).

Acton Homeless Concern

Acton Homeless Concern is a local charity providing basic needs services and advice and support for homeless and other disadvantaged people. These free services are provided at TWO drop-in day centres in Acton: Emmaus House in Berrymead Gardens and the Damien Centre in Church Road. The centres are run by staff and supported by volunteers.
