A4U is a Disabled Persons Led Organisation dedicated to empowering individuals with disabilities, long-term health conditions, and their carers. Their mission is to improve independence, maximise financial wellbeing, and ensure individuals have control over their own lives. Since 2015, A4U has also delivered a specialist Autism Hub for autistic adults aged 18 and over.

We take in all kinds of animals such as cats, pigs, equines, donkeys, birds and goats that are seeking safe place to live. A Bear Named Buttony supports children and young people who have a stoma. ​ For children, we gift a bear with a stoma, a book and for young adults, a wash bag full of non-medical items to help adjust to life with a stoma. ​ We aim to raise positive awareness of living with a stoma.

Aberglaslyn Mountain Rescue Team are volunteers who are on call 24/7 - 365 days a year. We help hundreds of people every year, rescuing those lost and injured in the mountains. Please give what you can.
