Doctors in Distress is a UK based independent charity that promotes and protects the mental health of all healthcare workers and prevents suicides in the medical profession. At Doctors in Distress we strongly believe in the power of talking. This is why we have set up our peer support groups – spaces where healthcare workers can access support away from work.

At Doctors Worldwide, we believe that access to quality healthcare is not a privilege, it is a human right, and we work towards making that a reality, especially for the most vulnerable communities.

We bring trained dogs and people together to help them overcome specific challenges, in order to enrich and improve the lives of both. We train our assistance dogs to help adults and children lead more independent lives, at home and in the community around them. We provide advice and support to people who want a pet dog that can help them overcome specific challenges within their family.

Our mission is to bring about the day when all dogs can enjoy a happy life, free from the threat of unnecessary destruction.

Doing it for Daniel Foundation provides financial assistance for children and young people with a cancer diagnosis at the Royal Hospital for Children in Glasgow and The Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre by funding special gifts, experiences, days and holidays.

Do it for Defib was formed in May 2018. At that time, we were just four local Brackley people consisting of; a cardiac arrest survivor, a lifesaver, a nurse and a financial administrator. We each shared a common interest in helping people gain the necessary skills and confidence which could someday potentially save someone’s life in an emergency situation.

Don’t Lose Hope is a charity that offers a professional counselling service for all members of the community from age 4 upwards. This is a free service for families/individuals receiving certain state benefits and affordable to all others. This service is delivered by a team of qualified and experienced counsellors, in private fully equipped counselling rooms.

Providing support to the homeless and vulnerable in Derby. We do this by supplying them with food parcels, sandwich packs, hot meals, clothes, sleeping bags, toiletries and other items as needed. We currently operate from two large purpose fitted vans three evenings a week.

Dorset County Hospital Charity exists to enhance care for patients at Dorset County Hospital. Every year, Dougie Mac provides all hospice services free of charge to adults, young adults and children living with a life-limiting illness in Stoke-on-Trent, North Staffordshire and the surrounding villages; also offering supportive care for their families and carers.
