Rennie Grove Peace Hospice Care is a charity providing specialist care and support for adults and children with a life-limiting illness in Herts and Bucks.

We are a charity helping local people in Elmbridge who are homeless or vulnerably housed. Each year we house and support around 150 people and help them move on with their lives. Our work usually involves support with deposits and finding affordable rent, but we're highly flexible and individual focused so we do much more than that.
