Melanoma Focus is a national charity dedicated to providing help and support to melanoma patients and professionals as well as raising awareness of melanoma, the 5th most common cancer in the UK.

Melanoma UK exists because melanoma is one of the fastest-rising cancers, yet it is largely preventable and highly treatable if caught early. We believe through research, collaboration, education and support we can help save lives, prevent avoidable cases of skin cancer, and make sure that no one faces melanoma alone.

We aim to tackle loneliness and social isolation by providing support for people affected by dementia, social isolation, and other memory problems. We run fortnightly pop-up cafes in Sowerby Bridge and in Halifax where we offer a varied programme of games, crafts, information, support, cakes, and conversation.
