Keswick Mountain Rescue Team
The team comprises up to 50 volunteers who live in and around Keswick. As well as being on call in all weather, 24 hours a day and 365 days a year, there is a significant amount of on-going training in advanced first aid, mountain and water rescue. This can only be achieved through the dedication of our volunteers and the generosity of their employers.
Keswick Scout Group
1st Keswick Scout Group provides Scouting for young people in Keswick, helping them develop skills for life through adventure, outdoor activities, camps, and community service. Based at Keswick Scout Hall, the Group offers Beavers, Cubs and Scouts led by volunteers, promoting confidence, teamwork and good citizenship.
