Kent Wildlife Trust is the county’s leading conservation charity. We have over 32,000 members and over 1000 registered volunteers. We manage and protect over 9000 acres of land across more than 90 different sites and nature reserves, alongside 3 visitor centres.

The Keswick Community Rugby Trust is dedicated to promoting community participation in healthy recreation and improving life conditions for residents in Keswick and surrounding areas.

The team comprises up to 50 volunteers who live in and around Keswick. As well as being on call in all weather, 24 hours a day and 365 days a year, there is a significant amount of on-going training in advanced first aid, mountain and water rescue. This can only be achieved through the dedication of our volunteers and the generosity of their employers.

1st Keswick Scout Group provides Scouting for young people in Keswick, helping them develop skills for life through adventure, outdoor activities, camps, and community service. Based at Keswick Scout Hall, the Group offers Beavers, Cubs and Scouts led by volunteers, promoting confidence, teamwork and good citizenship.

Kettering Food Bank. Founded on the principles of compassion and community support, the food bank provides emergency food, essential toiletries, and household items to individuals and families in need and/or for distribution by charities or other organisations working to prevent or relieve poverty.
