Central Beacons Mountain Rescue Team is a voluntary organisation responsible for covering the Central section of the Brecon Beacons including South Wales’ highest mountain, Pen y Fan at 886m, Cribyn and Corn Du as well as the Ystradfellte waterfalls, Newport, Cardiff and the valleys.

The Central London Samaritans mission is to reduce the frequency of suicide and alleviate emotional distress by providing a safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space for people to talk. As the founding branch of the charity, its volunteers offer 24/7 support every single day of the year via phone, email, and branch drop-ins.

At Centre 33 we have been offering free and confidential information and support to young people for over 40 years.

Centre 56 was the first refuge outside London, and we’ve supported thousands of women and children to escape violence. Through activities such as sports as well as charitably actions involving a free food bank and free food kitchen, CFYDC support people with their everyday lives.
