St John's Hospice provides palliative care for the community of North Lancashire, South Lakes and parts of North Yorkshire. St John's Hospice has a single and important purpose: to be there when it matters most.

St John's are an all age special school catering for pupils with severe and profound learning difficulties.

St Joseph's Hospice opened its doors in Thornton, Merseyside, in 1974 and has held a special place in the heart of our community ever since. Today, the hospice offers high-quality, professional nursing care within a peaceful, home from home environment surrounded by 12 acres of beautiful woodland gardens.

Established in 1995 thanks to the commitment and vision of a dedicated group of fundraisers, we are a leading healthcare organisation and registered charity providing free specialist palliative care services to patients with life-limiting illnesses serving the Denbighshire, West Flintshire and East Conwy regions. We are founded and supported by the local community in central North Wales.

St Leonard's Hospice provides care and support for terminally ill people, and people with life limiting illnesses. And we've been doing it for more than 35 years.

Since 1988, St Luke’s has been providing palliative care to local people, supporting them in ways which go beyond the scope and funding of the NHS. Last year we supported over 1,000 local people with a vast range of support from end-of-life care on our ward to supporting carers, and from helping children cope with grief to assisting patients to return to work after an illness.

We care for people whose illnesses are no longer curable.

St Luke’s Hospice (Basildon and District) provides specialist palliative and end-of-life care for adults with life-limiting illness across Basildon and nearby communities. Services include in-patient and community care, Hospice at Home, day services, counselling and bereavement support for patients and families.

St Luke’s Hospice cares for people approaching the end of their life in Harrow and Brent. We aim to give the people we care for the best possible quality of life, each and every day. Supporting local people and their families is at the heart of what we do – focusing on what matters the most to them is at the centre of our care.

St Luke’s Hospice Plymouth is an independent charity providing specialist care and support to people with progressive life-limiting illnesses in Plymouth, South West Devon and East Cornwall. We believe that everyone deserves quality end of life care, no matter where.

For more than 40 years St Margaret’s Hospice Care has been helping patients, families and carers across Somerset facing a life-limiting illness.

We support cutting-edge research and education at St. Mark's Hospital and the dissemination of clinical excellence throughout the UK and the world. With 180 years of accumulated experience that has been passed from one generation to the next, St. Mark's Hospital has built up an unrivaled expertise in the treatment and management of bowel disease.

Currently 1 in 3 children in MK are living with poverty. With your help, we can feed hungry tummies all across the city. We want children all over Milton Keynes to have dinner so that they can turn up at school the next day without the burden of hunger pangs. We've got a simple system that gets dinner to where it's needed, when it's needed, so that children don't have to go to bed hungry.

We support people away from homelessness, music, heritage, art and the mission of our church.

St Mary Bourne Cricket Club is a volunteer-led Community Amateur Sports Club providing cricket for all ages and abilities. At the heart of village life, the Club promotes sport, wellbeing and community participation through cricket, youth development and inclusive community activities.

The PTA is a registered charityestablished to provide resources to enhance our children’s education and foster a sense of community spirit around St Mary Magdalen’s Catholic Primary School. It is made up of parent volunteers whose children attend St Mary Magdalen’s Catholic Primary School. All parents and carers automatically join the PTA when their child joins the school.

St Mary‘s Hospice is ideally positioned to meet the needs of all patients and their families in our community thanks to our dedicated team of staff and volunteers and generous supporters across the community.

We are a registered charity run by volunteers, working together to raise funds and support projects that make school life better for our children. From funding books, outdoor provision, laptops, and sports equipment to organising discos, fairs, and special treats, everything we do helps to enrich learning and give the children in our community the best start in life
