Our mission is to support, empower, and protect vulnerable women and girl conflict survivors, primarily in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq (KRI) and the UK.

The Lowdown is a Mental Health Charity, providing free and confidential support services for 8- 25 year olds in Northamptonshire. Our services include Counselling, Information, Guidance, Wellbeing, LGBTQIA, Youth Groups and Sexual Health.
