Mind Over Cancer is a charity that supports the Mental Health of a young person given a cancer diagnosis between the ages of 0 and 29 as well as their family and support network.

Offers professional mental health support through therapeutic outdoor experiences. We deliver events throughout the UK, with bursaries available to those with the most challenging lives. Ranging from one day walks to weekend retreats, our programmes bring together professionally guided hill-walking, mindfulness and time in the company of experienced coaches and and counsellors.

The Mindstep Foundation is a suicide prevention charity that funds research to better understand and prevent suicide, as well as training counsellors and providing ASIST training. Founded by the family of Max Davies who died by suicide in 2018 at 22 years old, their aim is to prevent another family from experiencing such a devastating loss to suicide.
