For anyone following along on here (hopefully I am not posting updates into the void), training is progressing with sessions spent on the Maindy outdoor velodrome twice a week just to get miles in the legs in the cold. Running is still ticking over with the last XC race this weekend, but cycling volume is increasing inexorably.
Legs hurt all the time but thats a good sign!
