Last few opportunities to get some hills in the legs.
Those hills hurt today!
Don't think I'll get lost & easy to spot in this bright kit.
300k this month - ticking off the miles and counting down the days
Keeping the legs ticking over - still sore from Moel Famau last Saturday!
Last but one long run today.
Went to North Wales to get some good sustained elevation in the legs. So beautiful!!
Starting to feel a bit real, eek!
Thanks for the donations, they’re a great spur to keep the miles and hills ticking over.
Beautiful morning for a training run.
Easier week this week, just 56k(!)
Back up to 80k next week (ouch)
Trying to keep the hill training going
400m elevation on Sat. Just hope north Wales in October is a bit less muggy!
On top of Binsey (most northerly Wainwright fell in the Lake District, 447m), trying to get some hills into these legs - ouch!
