About WeSeeHope
WeSeeHope provides children in Southern and Eastern Africa who are vulnerable to isolation, exploitation and lack of opportunity with access to community-led education, child rights and economic empowerment programmes.
Developed and delivered in partnership with a network of local NGOs, these programmes teach children skills to change their own futures and we work with their families and communities to make sure they are supported along the way.
Your Impact
Since being founded in 2000, we have created sustainable change for hundreds of thousands of children, helping them and their families access an education, protect their rights and economically empower themselves in their homes and communities.
To date, we have collaborated with 107 partners across 15 countries in Africa, running programmes in over 2,100 communities. Cumulatively, we have reached over:
• 700,000 Children and young people.
• 100,000 Parents, guardians and community volunteers.
£15
Could provide a young person with vocational and entrepreneurial skills and training, helping them to set-up and manage their own business.
£30
Could provide a parent or guardian with three years of training in business, financial and community banking skills, helping them to transform their family’s future.
£60
Could kick-start a livestock project for a child headed household in Malawi by providing them with a pair of goats. This not only provides them with a source of food, but also offspring that they can sell.
