About Wadsworth Area Community Assets Limited
WACA is a Community Benefit Society, based in the south Pennines parish of Wadsworth, covering the rural villages of Old Town and Pecket Well.
We run projects to secure the future of commnity assets.
Current projects include
- supporting Friends of Pecket Well Playground in working alongside Wadsworth Parish Council in refurbishing Pecket Well Playground.
- challenging the Change of Use application for the Hare and Hounds Inn in Old Town since it was sold to a property developer.
