Your Impact

Chemo Duck is a learning tool and a comfort for children diagnosed with cancer - they have a central line fitted just like the children have for their cancer treatment. Hospital Play Teams across the UK use Chemo Duck to first demonstrate and explain what will happen helping to relieve fear and anxiety for the children.

A child's cancer diagnosis affects the whole family. Siblings can often feel isolated and experience a mix of emotions when their sibling is undergoing treatment for cancer. This is why we provide Huggable Hope, a companion duck for siblings, helping them to feel included and an important part in their sibling's journey with cancer.
