Team Brave

Team Brave have been delivering sessions focused on mental health and wellbeing, for seven years in Bristol. We offer three training sessions a week, and also opportunities to play matches as a team in the Bristol Casual League. We have over 160 members currently, from all backgrounds, and we continue to grow, week on week! Check out our website for testimonies from our participants of the impact that Team Brave has had on their happiness, confidence, mental health and wellbeing. (www.teambrave.net/our-mission) This year we are expanding our provision to offer free , specialist sessions for refugee women to try football! We are also going to be launching programmes to support other vulnerable groups including teenage girls, primary school children with low confidence, and neurodiverse people needing extra support through sport. Please help us with our mission to use football and sports to connect people together, boost confidence and bring more happiness to everyone!
