Recover Together is a charity rooted in lived experience, built by people who truly understand what you're going through. Whether you're struggling with your own gambling or supporting someone you love, Recover Together offers free help across the UK to anyone affected by gambling harm. The team know that shame and stigma can make reaching out feel impossible, so they promise to meet you exactly where you are, with empathy and without judgment. It is a safe, supportive space where you can take real steps forward and build a life that feels purposeful and full of possibility.

Your Impact

Launched in 2021, Recover Together has provided free support through one-to-one coaching, group sessions, online and in-person events, and a vibrant online community to over 3000 people experiencing gambling harm. The Recover Together team creates a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where individuals can connect, share, and feel supported, helping to break down the shame and stigma often associated with gambling harm. With programmes dedicated to supporting women, families and affected others and people navigating long-term recovery, Recover Together works to ensure everyone can access help and build a positive life after gambling harm. 98% of people supported by Recover Together go on to make positive changes in their lives, whether that's rebuilding relationships, improving mental and physical wellbeing or building coping strategies to strengthen their recovery.
