Each year we support thousands of children in schools across the East Midlands with evidence‑based lessons that improve their understanding of physical and emotional health, strengthen decision‑making and build protective factors linked to long‑term wellbeing. Teachers report increased pupil confidence, better vocabulary for discussing feelings and stronger awareness of risks such as drugs, alcohol and online harm.
