Herefordshire Mind is an independent charity affiliated to National Mind.

For over 40 years we have offered a variety of services to anyone 18+ in Herefordshire to ensure that no one has to face a mental health issue alone.

Our services include a Safe Haven, a low cost accessible counselling service, art and music groups, peer support, social prescribing link-workers, a community support team and supported housing.

Your Impact

In 2024 our Safe Haven provided 2333 support sessions, we provided low cost counselling to 277 clients and across all our services we support in excess of 280 people each week, ensuring that no one in Herefordshire need face a mental health problem alone.
