Quotes from people who have received our services:

'I have had so many lovely comments lately on how far I have come. I still have my wonky days and over-think a lot but I have so many tools now to help me through them now. I am and always will be forever grateful for all of you at Hectors House for helping me, supporting me, believing in me and for being the absolute kindest people I have ever met. You have changed my life'.

'The school talk was incredibly touching and made me cry like three times. I really think it was probably one of the best presentations I’ve had in a while especially as someone who struggles with mental health previously and found a way out by learning to nourish my body, to care for it, love it, be kind to it; all of which I did based on the principles delivered in the assembly: eat, move, love. It felt to me as someone who knows that stuff works, that it would plant a seedling of hope into people’s minds, whether they are suffering or not'.
