About Fun 4 Young People (F4YP)
Fun 4 Young People (F4YP) is a registered charity supporting children, young people and families, with a particular focus on those experiencing financial hardship, additional needs, emotional wellbeing challenges or other barriers to accessing opportunities. We provide inclusive, safe and welcoming environments where young people can build confidence, resilience, positive relationships and a sense of belonging.
Our holistic approach combines fun and accessible after-school and holiday activities with targeted pastoral and wellbeing support. This includes our REACH early-intervention wellbeing programme, one-to-one support and therapy, alongside support for parents and carers. We work closely with schools, families, local authorities and specialist agencies to identify needs early and ensure young people receive the right support at the right time.
At the heart of F4YP is a commitment to reducing barriers that prevent a young person from accessing positive experiences and support. Through opportunities to try new activities, develop skills, make friends and access trusted adults, we aim to improve emotional wellbeing, reduce isolation and help young people build the confidence and resilience they need to thrive.
