About Finding Your Feet

Disability support Physical disabilities Health & Medical

Finding Your Feet supports amputees, those born without limbs, and their families through peer support, counselling, well-being services and inclusive clubs and activities. We understand that life after limb loss involves far more than physical recovery. Isolation and changes to emotional and mental well-being can be just as challenging.

Our community brings people together with others who understand. It offers space to talk openly, share experiences and move forward at a pace that feels right, whether someone is newly adjusting or has lived with limb difference for many years. Support is ongoing and shaped around individual needs, so people and their families are not left navigating life after amputation on their own.
