We tailor our care and support to meet the specific needs of each of our patients, to help them live as well as possible to the end of their life. We also support their family and carers throughout their loved one's illness, and beyond.

Could help pay for 2 hours of complimentary therapy to help a patient to relax and relieve their symptoms.

Could help pay for a 6-week 'Relax and Breathe' course to help a patient learn skills to manage their symptoms and improve their quality of life.
