Epsom and Ewell Phab club provides inclusive activities for young disabled and non-disabled people .
For those aged 8 to 16 years there are Friday club evenings where activities include sports, arts, crafts, games, drama, dance and music.

For those aged 0 to 5 years there is Mini Phab on a Friday morning - an inclusive playgroup for children with their parents or carers.

We organise outings and activities such as Ten Pin Bowling, trampolining, climbing, soft play and and mini golf.

A highlight of every year is the Phab adventure holiday where the young people have the opportunity to take part in amazing activities such as caving, canoeing, archery and abseiling.

Your Impact

By providing shared experiences to disabled and non disabled participants on a level playing field, the club aims to remove societal barriers and foster a culture of inclusivity. This approach not only benefits disabled individuals by enhancing their confidence, independence, and well-being but also educates people across society about the value and importance of building an inclusive world.
