EPIC Restart Foundation is a UK charity empowering people to rebuild positive lives after gambling harm. We offer free support, that is shaped and driven by lived experience of gambling harm, to people at any stage of their recovery – whether they’re reaching out for the first time or looking for long-term help.
Launched in 2021, EPIC Restart provides free support through Recovery Coaching, group sessions, online and in-person events, and a vibrant online community. The EPIC Restart team creates a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where individuals can connect, share, and feel supported, helping to break down the shame and stigma often associated with gambling harm.
With programmes dedicated to supporting women, ethnic minority communities and people navigating long-term recovery, EPIC Restart works to ensure everyone can access help and rebuild a positive life after gambling harm.
