Rooted in the community for over 35 years, we focus on enabling individuals to live well with dementia, maintain independence, choice, and dignity.

Beyond Dementia (formerly Alzheimer's Support) helps people living with dementia and their families maintain good quality of life and independence in Wiltshire. Our services include Day Clubs, Home Support, singing, art and exercise groups, dedicated Dementia Advisers and carer training
