My wonderful father recently died after a 2 year struggle with Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus. He was a French chef by profession but more importantly a loving, non-judgemental, warm hearted, gentle soul, who was happiest when he could help people.
I want to raise money for the hospice where my father spent the last few days of his life. Hospices rely heavily on charitable funds to stay open and provide essential care for people needing end of life care or respite. I also wanted to raise money for the Macmillan Cancer Support that offers services and support for people living with cancer, such as my dear friend who has recently been diagnosed with multiple myeloma.
So to raise funds, I am going to SHAVE my head and DONATE all my hair to the wigs4kids campaign run by the Kids with Cancer Foundation, an Australian charity who will then use the hair to make a bespoke wig for a child undergoing chemotherapy for cancer.
In loving memory of Jacques Eza.
Thank you for your help.
