Fast Lane Public Sector Challenge - London Bridges Walk 2025

Why Fast Lane is Taking on the 25km London Bridges Walk
At Fast Lane, rising to challenges is a core part of who we are. Whether we’re solving complex problems or supporting each other through busy times, teamwork is what drives us forward. That’s why we’ve committed to taking part in a 25km walk through London—not just for the thrill of the challenge, but for causes that are deeply meaningful to all of us.

This isn’t just about the steps we take—it’s about making a difference.

Walking for Cancer Research and the British Heart Foundation
Our walk is dedicated to supporting Cancer Research UK and the British Heart Foundation—two incredible charities working tirelessly to improve lives and save them.

Cancer has touched so many of our lives, whether through friends, family, or colleagues. Supporting Cancer Research means funding vital studies that bring us closer to prevention, better treatments, and ultimately, cures.

At the same time, the British Heart Foundation’s mission to combat heart disease resonates with our team. Heart conditions are among the world’s leading health challenges, and this charity’s work ensures groundbreaking research, education, and support for those in need.

By walking 25km, we’re raising awareness and funds to help these organizations continue their life-changing work.

A Team United by Purpose
The walk is more than just a physical challenge—it’s an opportunity to come together as a team, united by a shared goal. As we pass London’s iconic landmarks, we’ll be celebrating our collective strength, determination, and commitment to making a difference.

It’s also a chance to reflect on why we’re walking. For some, it’s in memory of loved ones lost too soon. For others, it’s about showing support for those currently fighting these battles. Together, we’re walking for hope, resilience, and a future where these diseases no longer cast a shadow over our lives.

From the Workplace to the Walkway
At Fast Lane, we pride ourselves on collaboration and perseverance—qualities that will serve us well on this journey. Training together has brought us even closer as a team, and we know that the laughs, encouragement, and shared experiences along the 25km route will make the day truly unforgettable.

How You Can Help
We’re inviting everyone to join us in supporting these vital causes. Whether it’s through cheering us on, making a donation, or simply spreading the word about the incredible work of Cancer Research UK and the British Heart Foundation, every little bit helps.

Together, we’re proving that the Fastlane team is unstoppable—both at work and in our mission to give back to the community.

Here’s to making a difference, one step at a time.
