I will be doing a Zumba Challenge for a week starting on Saturday 18th January 2025. The challenge will involve me completing 10 hours of Zumba.I would like to raise money for both Mind and The Alzheimers Society.Mind does great work to support those with mental health issues and The Alzheimers Society is particularly important to me as I have family members and friends who have been affected by Alzheimers.Thank you for your support.Maria x
