Daz Riley's 1200km River Danube Cycle ride
Club member Darren Riley is cycling at least 1200 Km down the River Danube from its source in Donaueschingen to Budapest over the next couple of weeks.
The Danube is the 2nd longest river in Europe stretching from the Black Forest in Germany through Austria, Slovakia, Hungary, Serbia, Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova, and Ukraine to the Black Sea. Daz will be self supported carrying all his kit which, with his bike, weighs 30kg.
