Morocco 110KM Ultra

Hi Everyone!

Thank you for visiting my page :)

In November I have decided to run an ultramarathon, which is 110 KM / 68.3 miles over two days. The first day I will run 60 KM (37 miles) and the second day 50 KM (31 miles).

I will be fundraising equally for two incredible charities: Great Ormond Street Hospital (GOSH) and Macmillan Cancer Support.

Great Ormond Street is an incredible hospital who treat over 750 ill children each day and their charity supports the hospital and its patients by funding four key areas: support of families and children, research into children's health, lifesaving medical equipment, and rebuilding and refurbishment. GOSH gave great support to the bravest and most beautiful little girl I knew, and with this hospital being hugely reliant on charitable donations, it is a charity I feel passionate about supporting.

It's with this in mind I may actually be able to make it to the finish line!

The second one I’m fundraising for is Macmillan Cancer support. This is an equally amazing charity who give all round support to people living with cancer. Currently there are more than 3 million people living with cancer in the UK, and Macmillan provide emotional, practical, physical, and financial support to these people and their families. I have seen firsthand the wonderful support they have given to some members of my family and friends who sadly are included in the 1 in 2 people of the UK who are diagnosed with cancer at some point in their life.

Both of these charity make a tremendous impact... and every donation will help with their cause!

Thank you for reading this and I'll keep you updated with (hopefully) some running progress!
