Substance Global take on the Three Peaks Challenge

On September 21st and 22nd, a team of Subbies will be attempting to climb England, Scotland and Wales' highest peaks to raise money for our partner charities Mental Health UK and Mental Health America.

We'd love your support as the team take on Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in (hopefully) under 24 hours! Your donations will support the incredible work our partner charities do in supporting the mental health of people across the UK and US.

We know that mental wellbeing and physical activity is intrinsically linked - one of the inspirations in taking on this huge challenge!
