The Sundridge Park Golf Club Captain's Challenge and Fun Run (JANETandDAVID)

On Saturday June 1st I, and other members of Sundridge Park Golf Club, will be running (and in my case a fair bit of walking!) the Sundridge Park West course – approximately 3.6 miles, with 480 feet of elevation. The challenge for the elites is to complete it as fast as possible in order to raise as much as possible for my 4 nominated charities – The Freddie Farmer Foundation, Everybreath Lung Cancer Support, The Rifles Benevolent Trust and Melanoma Focus. For the rest of us to complete it for such worthy causes is challenge enough. Please sponsor me on this fundraising page or if you know a particular individual you would like to sponsor instead, then their own personal link will appear on this page too, and will contribute to the same target. All funds raised will be evenly distributed amongst the 4 charities.

We provide intensive block session physiotherapy programmes for disabled children aged 3-16 years affected by cerebral palsy and mobility problems, as well as providing support for their families and carers. Based in Bromley, we have local children who attend our physio centre, as well as children from London, Surrey, Sussex, other parts of Kent and beyond.
