Edward's Great Walk 2024
Hi everyone,
Having just ran the London Landmarks Half Marathon, I am very excited to be walking one this time! On the 16th May I will be walking 26.4 miles across London, to raise money for Maggie's and SERV Surrey & London!
The Great Walk is an annual event, where Unilever employees come together by walking a full or half marathon and raising money for charity.
Over the past four years we have seen over 800 employees come together and raise over £200,000+ for The Great Walk's charity partners.
In 2024 we will be walking again to raise money for Maggie's and SERV Surrey & London!
Maggie’s is a charity that provides free expert care and support in centres across the UK and online. It is "Everyone's Home of Cancer Care".
SERV Surrey & London transports blood products, urgent samples and medical supplies, along with donated breast milk to hospitals and milk banks across Surrey & London. They also carry out a daily delivery of blood to Air Ambulance Kent Surrey Sussex.
