Some may call it stupid, some may call it mad but for me its a chance to dust down my running shoes after winning gold at the Beijing Olympics in 2008 and at the end of the day it's all for a good cause right.
On Saturday the 3rd of September I've stupidly signed myself up to run the length of the runway at Aberdeen Airport and back a total of 3906M without any training, i'll be lucky to make it to Mike9 (if you don't know what that is look it up)
The cause is to provide support in raising funds for 3 charities in and around the Aberdeen area,
