Dorothy House provides exceptional personalised care to people in the community who are approaching death. They believe that every life is incredibly precious, and no-one should face death alone. Their focus is on quality of life, helping patients to live well and die well. They encourage and support patients and health and social care colleagues to consider their end of life wishes and ensure their affairs are in order. They aim to deliver their mission through having a stronger presence in the community. More information can be found here - https://www.dorothyhouse.org.uk/
