On the 1st June Tracey and I are running the Sundridge Park Golf Club West course – approximately 3.6 miles and 480 feet of elevation to raise as much as possible for the Captain’s 4 charities. My Dad has helped organise the event so I have no choice ! Tracey is doing it for her love of running ! Any sponsorship for these 4 great charities would be much appreciated. Thank you x

We provide intensive block session physiotherapy programmes for disabled children aged 3-16 years affected by cerebral palsy and mobility problems, as well as providing support for their families and carers. Based in Bromley, we have local children who attend our physio centre, as well as children from London, Surrey, Sussex, other parts of Kent and beyond.
