600 Miles For Minds

This June, I'll be taking part in a charity bike ride alongside 30 work colleagues to promote the importance of mental health. We will ride from Aberdeen down to Great Yarmouth across 6 days covering over 600 miles. The aim is to raise awareness around the importance of discussing mental health and accessing the support available. Funds will be raised for UK mental health charities.
