For those of you that know me, will know i ve struggled with Knee problems for many years, Proserv have carried out many charity events previously that i have not been able to participate in. I believe that i can do this one, i ve been in training since November, and still have a long way to go, but i WILL do it.
Please support me and help support UK Mental Health Charities. Like me you all probably know of someone who has suffered from Mental Health problems.

How?
Support and promote a team of hardy riders cycling 600 miles in six days from Aberdeen (Proserv House) to Great Yarmouth (Artemis House)
Involve all Proserv sites globally and those in the UK not participating in the road ride by providing a virtual cycling challenge in tandem with the road ride
