On January 26th 2024, at 12 noon, I will be attempting my first ever 100 mile Ultra Marathon, the Arc of Attrition, aptly named as it has a high rate of DNF's (did not finish) every year.

This is the UK's toughest winter 100 mile ultra footrace around the arc of the Cornish coast path, from Coverack to Porthtowan, with a staggering 20,000ft of elevation to contend with, along with a 36 hour cut off and whatever the elements throw at me. This will undoubtedly be the biggest and most challenging thing I have undertaken and will push me to my absolute limits.
