🔥 21 Jobs. 3 Months. One Determined Young Woman. 🔥
This year, our incredible daughter turns 21 — and instead of celebrating with just a party, she has chosen to take on a bold and inspiring challenge:
✨ 21 work experience jobs at 21 different companies in just 3 months, (it can be any job as long as it gives her a taste of that profession)✨
As a young woman with Down syndrome, she has spent her life proving that expectations are meant to be redefined. She is ready to step into workplaces, meet new people, learn new skills, and show the world exactly what inclusion looks like in action.
But this challenge is about more than personal growth. It’s about creating opportunity for many others, too.
💛 Throughout this journey, she will be fundraising for three life-changing charities:• DSUK (Down Syndrome UK)• Down Syndrome Association• Shine 21
These organisations work tirelessly to support individuals with Down syndrome and their families — providing advocacy, resources, education, and pathways to greater independence. By supporting this challenge, you are helping them continue that vital work.
🎯 Our Mission
We are aiming to raise as much as possible across the 3 months — and we would love your help to make a real impact.
👉 How You Can Support Her
⭐ Sponsor one of the 21 jobs — perfect for individuals or businesses⭐ Make a donation — every amount, large or small, moves us closer to changing lives⭐ Offer a work experience placement through your workplace⭐ Share this post and help us reach 21 amazing opportunities⭐ Consider matched giving if your employer offers it
We will be sharing every step of the journey — the nerves, the excitement, the early mornings, the proud moments — so you can follow along and see the difference your support is making.
This is more than a challenge. It’s a statement about ability, ambition, and belonging.
Let’s show her — and others like her — that the community believes in inclusion, opportunity, and brighter futures for all.
👉 To offer a placement or sponsorship please send us a message at [email protected]
Thank you for cheering her on and helping turn her 21st year into something truly extraordinary ❤️
