Nicola And Hugo Ash

Pete, Hugo‘s dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in March 2023 after initially being told he may have up to a year, he unfortunately lost his battle only a short while later on April 25th 2023. He was a loving father and grandfather and his presence is missed everyday.

Pancreatic cancer is not a rare cancer, one person dies from the disease every hour, its the 5th biggest cancer killer. However, its set to become the 4th, over taking breast cancer in the year 2030. Why? Only 1% of National Cancer research money is given to pancreatic cancer each year, even though it has the worst survival outcome of the 21 most common cancers.

We want to help change this in anyway we can, we also want to run in memory of Pete and the brave fight he put up at the very end. Hugo is running for Pancreatic Cancer UK and Nicola is running for Macmillian the donations will be split 50/50 between the two charities. So please dig deep and help us out, it will mean so much!
