Dreams Come True is a national Children's Charity which exists to deliver dreams to children who have it tough.

We are passionate about delivering moments of magic and having a lasting impact on those who might not even consider having a dream come true.

The children we support live in the highest areas of deprivation in the country, and are living with a disability, a serious illness, or a life-limiting condition.

These children need our attention.

Your Impact

Dreams Come True fulfils dreams for children living with disabilities, serious illnesses and medical conditions, and who also face challenges exacerbated by poverty. We are the only wish granting charity specifically supporting children living in the highest areas of deprivation across the UK.

Our team of dream makers work closely with each family to deliver a dream that's made especially with that child in mind. Whether that's a holiday, a specially adapted trike, sensory toys or electronics to make every day life a little easier, an unforgettable experience day or even a bedroom makeover.
