Firstly, thank you all for your incredible generosity. The amount of support received has been overwhelming and we cannot thank you enough for your selfless donations and words of encouragement. Again, thank you.
Unfortunately, the first scheduled run was postponed with the sad passing of Her Majesty the Queen. Regardless, we managed to forge our own route through Richmond and the surrounding boroughs and although not the most straight forward, we did manage to complete it in just over 2 hours. Hopefully, the Cardiff Half Marathon will be a bit more straightforward and allow us to push a little bit harder.
I've attached a photo from the day with our shirts kindly gifted by Epilepsy Research UK. I'd also like to extend a thanks to Lewis for joining us, as he prepares for his gruelling marathon in Lisbon next month!
