Access and page visibility

Learn how to set access and page visibility

Companies are able to set different access restrictions to enable pages to be publicly accessible or just restricted to employees. You can register employees as part of your company on platform by clicking Settings > Access > Invite users and sending this link to employees. You can also log out of your account and register accounts for your employees individually. Where a large number of employees are being registered, we can also process a CSV upload of email addresses - please get in touch with us to discuss this further.

Free platform:

Fundraising pages: Fundraising pages are by default publicly accessible. Anyone with the link will be able to view these pages, and they may also over time show in search engine results. However, when creating or editing a fundraising page, you have the option to tick 'restrict visibility'. This will prevent any users who are not signed in and registered as employees with your company from viewing the page, enabling you to run internal-only initiatives.

  • Internal (access restricted) pages:
    • Dashboard: Only visible to employees.
    • Donating: Only visible to employees
    • Fundraising: Only visible to employees
    • Settings: Only accessible to company administrators. You can add an unlimited number of administrators at any point.
