Pushing Limits for a Purpose – National Fitness Day 2025
In 2020, we established our Sustainability Strategy with four pillars: People, Innovation, Planet and Community. These pillars provide a roadmap to work towards our sustainability goals. The People Pillar focuses on ensuring Winvic is a happy, safe, healthy and inclusive place to work. With that in mind, and to mark National Fitness Day, annually we set ourselves a challenge to boost the health and wellbeing of our workforce while raising vital funds for four outstanding local and national causes.
This year’s event will take place on 18th and 19th September 2025, to mark National Fitness Day 2025. We are setting our sights higher than ever, with an ambitious fundraising target of £50,000, which will see all proceeds shared between four incredible charities:
• Marie Curie UK – Supporting those with terminal illness and their loved ones.• Matt Hampson Foundation – Empowering young people seriously injured through sport.• Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospital Charity – Helping seriously unwell children and their families.• Manna House Counselling Service – Providing accessible counselling across Northamptonshire.
The Challenge:Over a continuous 24-hour period, our team will keep three pieces of cardio equipment (a treadmill, cross trainer and static bike) in constant motion, a powerful symbol of the endurance and commitment we bring to every aspect of our work. It’s not just about fitness, it’s about bringing people together, encouraging healthy habits, and giving back to causes that matter.
Your Brand, Front and Centre:Following the incredible support from our supply chain last year, we’re offering an exclusive opportunity to get involved in this high-impact campaign. With a £3,000 donation, your company logo will feature on our event T-shirts, worn throughout the 24-hour challenge and showcased across our social media channels and in a dedicated promotional video campaign. It’s a fantastic way to align your brand with a cause that promotes wellbeing, teamwork and community spirit. To feature your company’s branding on our event T-shirts and be part of this impactful campaign, contact marketing@winvic.co.uk by Monday, 25th August 2025 to secure your place as a branding partner.
