Dear Friends and Family, Old and New.Yes...we are putting on our lycra and cycle helmets, for our Last official SRLV Charity Cycle Ride.As Laurence and Richard celebrate their 70th Birthday this year, and Charles has already passed that number, we are limiting each days mileage to just 70 miles ! After cycling in so many places around the world and across the UK, in the past 30 years, it is now time to listen to our bodies and our Wives ! We are planning to finish, with a ride from Cardiff to London, via Oxford and Cambridge. We start cycling on Monday 1st September 2025.We have planned to cycle an average of 70 miles, for each of the 5 days and we will be visiting Teenage Cancer Trust units in Cardiff, Bristol, Oxford, Cambridge and finishing at the Royal Marsden in London.Steve Wren will be joining Charles, Laurence and Richard, as well as 3 guest cyclists, to help us along the way.So if you would like to join us for some, or all, of the cycling challenge, we will be able to accomodate you. And it won't be More than 70 miles a day !!Many Many ThanksCharles, Laurence and Richard.
