The Quercus 3 Peaks Charity Walk!!!

Event Date 9th September 2023

On the 27th of January 2023 – Our journey officially began with Andrew Lazenby, Wayne Johnson, Faye Johnson, Stuart Wait, Julie Hunt, Martin Hunt and Dan Clarke all signing up for ‘The Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge!!’
It takes place on the peaks of Pen-y-Ghent (694 metres), Whernside (736 metres) and Ingleborough (723 metres), usually in this order, and in under 12 hours. These hills form part of the Pennine range, and encircle the head of the valley of the River Ribble, in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

We will be raising money for Katharine House Hospice, MND Motor Neurone Disease, Mind – Mental Health Charity and Toms Trust and Marie Curie.

This will a challenge for us all, in hard terrain, a tough time limit and who knows what the weather conditions will be!!!
