Please help me raise money for some amazing causes!

I have been really lucky to get a place in the London Marathon this year. I haven't done much running for many years and the longest I have run is a half, but I'm up for the challenge!

The great thing about the ballot is that I can choose to raise money for multiple causes close to my heart. Please have a read and give generously so that all of my chosen charities get valuable funds to support their ongoing work:

1. Tiny Tickers: My amazing niece was diagnosed with a congenital heart condition shortly before she was born. Because of this she received lifesaving treatment at birth and in the early weeks and months of life. Her story would have been very different had her condition not been identified before delivery. Tiny Tickers funds training of sonographers to better identify these conditions early so that children and their families get the right diagnosis and right care as early as possible to increase their chances of a strong start in life. https://www.tinytickers.org/about-us/

2. Young Epilepsy: I'm running in memory of Jude Cunnane who sadly died of Epilepsy in 2021. He was an inspirational boy whose mantra was 'be brave, be kind and never give up', which I will be channelling on marathon day! Young Epilepsy support young people and their families affected by epilepsy in all sorts of ways. https://www.youngepilepsy.org.uk/

3. MNDA: Motor Neurone Disease has hit close to home, and I'd love to top up the amazing work Andy Vaughton and his friends and family have raised. This charity funds important research into the causes of and treatments for MND. They are also a source of support, information and connections for people and their families living with MND and perform a vital role in this sector. https://www.mndassociation.org/
